Mr Ryan McCallum FCPodS
Consultant Podiatric Surgeon

Mr McCallum has in excess of 15years experience in treating foot and ankle conditions. He completed his undergraduate degree in Podiatry from the University of Ulster and subsequently worked within the NHS and private practice in Northern Ireland. Since his undergraduate days, Mr McCallum held a keen interest in the field of foot surgery and he undertook his post graduate training in Glasgow and Edinburgh prior to moving to London where he commenced his surgical training at West Middlesex University Hospital; the UK’s premier centre for Podiatric Surgery. He completed the entirety of his training there and now holds a substantive post as Consultant Podiatric Surgeon within this prestigious department. Mr McCallum also holds a Consultant Podiatric Surgeon post at Homerton University Hospital and divides his NHS duties between the two hospitals.
Aside from his clinical duties, Mr McCallum takes an active role in the teaching and training of junior colleagues. He has lectured extensively throughout the UK and Ireland at national conferences and local meetings as well as postgraduate and undergraduate university programmes.
Mr McCallum is an elected member of the committee of the Directorate of Podiatric Surgery and is the current co-chair of the Directorates annual conference.
All surgical procedures at Foot Surgery London are performed by Mr McCallum who is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and the College of Podiatry UK.

Mr Tom Maule BSc (Hons)
Podiatrist and Biomechanics Specialist

Mr Maule graduated in 2001 from Northampton School of Podiatry and subsequently completed a post graduate diploma in the Theory of Podiatric Surgery in 2007. He gained extensive experience working in the Podiatric Surgery departments of Charing Cross and West Middlesex Hospital where he took lead in running an adult and paediatric biomechanics service. In his years of practice, Mr Maule has developed an in-depth understanding and knowledge of foot surgery and biomechanics. He works exclusively in private practice in various locations throughout London.

Dr Martin Watson MB BS, FRCS, FRCR Consultant Radiologist

Dr Martin Watson has been a consultant musculoskeletal radiologist at the West Middlesex University Hospital since 2000. He underwent postgraduate training in Radiology at St Mary's Hospital, London, becoming a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists in 1998. He has experience in all aspects of MSK Radiology with a special interest in imaging of the foot and ankle.

Dr Deepak Nathwani MB ChC, FRCA
Consultant Anaesthetist

Dr Deepak Nathwani is a Consultant Anaesthetist at West Middlesex University Hospital. He qualified from the University of Dundee Medical School, after initial anaesthetic training within Charring Cross Hospital rotation. He was a Registrar and Senior Registrar within the within the Royal Free/ University College Hospital rotation, including training and the Royal Brampton, Queen Square Neurosurgical Unit accrediting as a specialist in both anaesthetics and intensive care. His chief areas of interest are adult and pediatric anesthesia having accredited in both. He is also responsible for Intensive Care cover at West Middlesex Hospital. His area of expertise is in dealing with the "difficult airway" , pediatric anesthesia, regional anesthesia particularly for upper limb procedures and sedation techniques for various operations. Dr. Nathwani is the named Educational Supervisor for anaesthetic trainees within the department. He has admitting/practicing privileges at various London private hospitals including the Harley Street Clinic, Wellington Hospital, Hospital of St Johns and St Elizabeth’s, BUPA Cromwell Hospital, Clementine Churchill Hospital, Bishopswood Hospital and Spire Bushy.
